Tips & Tricks

DECKING: Decks are an outdoor reflection of the family’s lifestyle. While some are smaller and just used for relaxing, others will be extensive, may use several levels and include an outdoor kitchen, spa or sauna, and several seating areas. With that in mind it is important to know the right way to care for your deck, that way you will be able to enjoy it for years to come.

FLOORING: Floors stand up to a lot of stress on a day to day basis, and need regular maintenance to stay looking their best.  Taking the proper steps to care for your floor can also help prevent bowing and squeaking now and in the future.

ROOFING: There are many things to consider when it comes to roofing. Is this a new roof? reroof?  Will the old roof be ripped off or new roof installed over the original roof? All of these factors and more will have an impact on the materials that you will need for your next roofing project.

SIDING: Siding provides your home with protection from the climate and elements, while adding to the curb appeal of your home. Keep your home safe by making sure its first line of defense is strong and properly maintained.

WINDOWS: Windows protect the interior of the building from the weather outside and maintain the comfort of its occupants. Start better protecting your windows to keep them preforming at their best for years to come.
